Nice to meet you..... I'm Faith
I’m a mom, a wife, and a writer at heart. When I’m not behind my laptop, you’ll likely find me somewhere with a warm cup of coffee, reading, or journaling. I’m also a poet drawn to capturing life as it unfolds through testimonials, think pieces, reflections, and honest, soul-centered words. Writing, for me, has always been more than expression it’s how I process, connect, and make meaning of the world around me.
In my spare time, I’m an amateur historian and genealogist lol always curious about where we come from and how our stories shape who we become.
Where it all Began
I’m a girl from Mississippi, raised in upstate New York. In my pre-teen years, I was a full-on computer nerd fascinated by learning new skills and understanding how things worked. I started coding at the age of 10, and from there, a love for creating and building began to take root.
But around 19, as I was preparing to enroll in art school, something shifted. I found myself pulled in a different direction captivated by questions of human behavior, development, and the inner workings of the mind. That curiosity became a turning point, expanding my creativity beyond design and into something deeper: exploring the layers of what shapes us, transforms us, and ultimately connects us.
Education & Service
As I got older, I developed a deep passion for helping others navigate the struggles I witnessed within my family and friendships, as well as those I faced myself. Those experiences shaped my calling toward mental health, healing, and intentionality each becoming integral parts of my life and work.
With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, including the last four years dedicated to mental health, I bring both clinical insight and compassion into every space I serve. I currently work in social services and am pursuing my Master of Social Work at Louisiana State University, grounding my work in ethical, evidence-based care.
Faith is the foundation of everything I do. My work is guided by the belief that healing is not only psychological, but spiritual. I believe God meets us in our broken places and gently invites us into deeper wholeness, restoration, and purpose. Faith informs how I show up with humility, intention, and hope.
At the core of my mission is the belief that your past does not disqualify you from a thriving, meaningful life. Healing is possible. Growth is attainable. And through faith, support, and intentional care, you can flourish in every aspect of who you are.
