Social media is an ever-changing and ever-evolving platform that often makes us question whether we’re in the right space. Over the years, I’ve had to take a step back and refocus on God rather than getting caught up in fleeting trends. I believe that God can help us grow and blossom in more ways than one.
I also believe that distraction is a tactic the enemy uses to keep us from truly growing. Instead of being rooted in one place, we are constantly moving, staying busy, and chasing after the next thing ultimately disrupting the consistency we’re trying to develop. In fact, it can even stop us from forming the thought of consistency in the first place.
That’s why this isn’t just a conversation about developing consistency it’s also a challenge. This week marks the first part of my newsletter and devotional series, where we’ll explore the deeper meaning of consistency. What does it truly look like? What is it really about?
For years, I thought consistency meant always staying busy, always building something, always doing. But sometimes, true consistency looks like aligning with God’s pace, sitting with Him, and allowing Him to guide our next steps.
